Hi there! I am so happy you’re here. My name is Kaila, I am 33 years old, and I live just outside of Dallas, TX with my police officer wife, Laine and our gorgeous son, Perry James. They are my life’s greatest treasures. I sell canned cocktails for a living and love nothing more than sweating on a stationary bike, which is what I like to call hashtag balance. Perry is our rainbow baby boy after suffering an ectopic pregnancy in the summer of 2020. Our loss led us to a very special way of conceiving; a process called reciprocal IVF. I am full of pride to not only be a woman, but to be married and raising a family with one. I believe wholeheartedly that women are society’s superheroes, and I get to spend my life with one of the greats. Lucky me. Although not medically proven, I’m fully convinced that sporadic dance parties have the ability to solve almost any problem and in my next life I hope to come back as the lesbian Beyonce. Let me live. At my core, I believe with passionate conviction that love always wins, which is why it is tattooed on my arm in turquoise ink. Can you tell I just tried to level up my cool girl factor? It didn’t work, I KNOW.
Ultimately, my hope for my life is that I live it in a way that promotes equality and inclusivity without question, that I lift up those around me, and that my family and I write a story full of joy, adventure, and meaning.
